Valentina Montanari provides legal assistance to national and foreign companies, in particular in connection with commercial and company law, with the drafting and negotiation of contracts and in the relating litigation, judicial and extrajudicial.

Valentina Montanari also assists companies in the start-up phase, in the process of development/internationalisation, in restructuring phases in connection with business distress, providing assistance also in connection with drafting and negotiating contracts for M&A operations and requests for the admission to voluntary restructuring/insolvency procedures.

She also has specific expertise in the commercial relationships between Italian companies and companies operating in the German-speaking areas and has often provided advise in the processes of industrial development, assisting the entrepreneur in choosing the most appropriate company structure and governance and in creating the most appropriate contracts for the development of the company business, also instructing the management and company personnel in this regard.

She has significant experience in the sectors of automotive, packaging, mechanical und pharmaceutical/medical industries.

She has developed during the years a wide experience in massive credit management in the field B to B and operates as partner in the Italian market for an important multinational credit management company.

Valentina Montanari is partner and co-founder of RML – Associated Law Firm, grounded in May 2020.

She was partner of Dike Law Firm from 2012 to 2020.

Between 2002 and 2012 she collaborated with Morresi Law Firm in Bologna, operating in the field of commercial law.

In 2006 she was admitted to the bar in Bologna and in this connection was awarded with the “Alberto and Roberto Vighi Price”.

In 2007 Valentina Montanari experienced an internship in the legal department of AUDI AG.

In 2002 she graduated cum laude at the University of Bologna in legal studies.

She is currently member of ACMI (Italian Association for Credit Managers), as well as of the association of German Italian lawyers (Deutsch-Italienische Juristenvereinigung), of the center for insolvency studies in Bologna and of A.P.R.I. – Association of Professionals for Business restructuring.

Valentina Montanari completed successfully in March 2021 a master course for Privacy Officer and Privacy advisor.
