Attorney Tania Mancini has carried out the forensic activity mainly developing civil skills (commercial, bankruptcy, lease and condominium law, civil liability, real estate property, tenders, forced execution, appeals under the Pinto law, accidents, privacy legislation, consumer law), providing assistance and advice to companies and individuals in the field of judicial and extrajudicial activities (mediation and negotiation).

It also assists clients in dealing with and protecting their claims against bankruptcy proceedings.

Attorney Tania Mancini has been collaborating with “RML - Studio Legale Associato” since January 2021.

He collaborated with the “Torricelli Associate Law Firm” in Bologna from 2004 to 2020, dealing with judicial and extrajudicial litigation, civil law in the above matters and debt collection.

As part of his training, he has also studied commercial contracts in English.

She has been authorized to practice law since 2008 and is registered with the Bologna Bar Association.

She studied law at the University of Bologna, where she graduated in 2000 with a thesis in comparative criminal law with Prof. Maria Virgilio on privacy in the Italian, French and English legal systems.
