Hillary Pareschi has gained a wide experience in the areas of bank contracts, analysis of non-performing credits and creation of strategies for debt recovery, assisting companies and private persons in extrajudicial and judicial debt recovery, including the phase of judicial enforcement in Italy and abroad, analysing the debtors’ financial situation, comparing costs and choosing the most efficient strategy.

She also assists companies in difficult financial situation, analysing the distress and structuring restructuring plans with the support pf accountants, tax experts and labour experts for the purposes of restructuring, debt negotiation and assisting them during the insolvency procedure.

Hillary Pareschi cooperates with RML – Associated Law Firm since June 2020.

She cooperated with Dike Schindhelm Law Firm from March 2017 until May 2020.

Since 2008 she cooperated with several law firms in Bologna, particularly operating in the fields of civil law, contracts and debt recovery.

She was admitted to the Bologna Bar in 2014.

She graduated at the University of Bologna in legal studies in 2008.
