Benedetta Busi is mainly active in the field of civil and company law.

She further operates in the sector of extrajudicial and judicial debt recovery, as well as in the negotiation and out-of-court settlement of disputes and the formalisation of settlement agreements.

She also drafts contractual documents in Italian and in English.

Benedetta Busi cooperates with RML – Associated Law Firm since June 2020.

She cooperated with Dike Schindhelm Law Firm as a trainee lawyer from May 2019 until May 2020.

During the Academic Year 2015/2016, she applied for the Erasmus Plus scholarship and spent the entire year in Canterbury, United Kingdom, as a University of Kent student.

She has an excellent knowledge of the English language.

She studied at the Alma Mater Studiorum University in Bologna, where she graduated with a degree in Law in 2019.
