The RML Law Firm assists the parties in grounding a new italian-german joint venture that will bring european automotive excellence to Irpinia

The newly established RML Law Firm has successfully completed its first extraordinary operation in the automotive industry!

The Lawyer Valentina Montanari, partner of the RML Law Firm and team leader of the working group, has been able to interpret and help to bring to reality the brilliant idea of Valerio Gruppioni, well-known Bolognese entrepreneur President of the SIRA Group (world leader in the production of aluminium mechanical parts for the automotive industry), to promote a joint venture with two major German companies operating in the automotive sector, Bohai Trimet (a company of the Chinese Baic Group that specializes in the production of aluminium components) and the Schlote Group (a company specializing in precision mechanical processing).

Despite the unfavourable global situation, the amazing initiative has led to the establishment of a new company – S.A.I. S. R. L. – which has just opened its new plant in Nusco (AV), where 150 new employees will be employed.

The numbers of the operations speak for themselves: investments totalling 52 million euros have allowed the building of a plant of 40,000 square meters, of which 14,000 is covered, which will host 5 fully automated and technological production lines, for an annual turnover, when the production will be up to speed, of about 70 million euros.

On behalf of Bohai Trimet, the newly formed S.A.I. S.R.L. will perform mechanical processing on the die-cast parts produced by Sirpress S.r.l. (SIRA Group company) and destined for the Magna PT plants in Bari, where they will be assembled and distributed to the world’s leading car-manufacturers.
