Linda Fedozzi advises and assists companies particularly in connection with contracts (General Conditions and single contracts) and with labour law.

Furthermore she operates in the area of judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery and has gained a specific experience in the structured activity of credit management.

She is also active in the area of civil liability.

Since June 2020 Linda Fedozzi is cooperating with RML – Associated Law Firm.

In 2018 she was admitted to the Bologna Bar.

She cooperated with Dike Schindhelm Law Firm since August 2016 until May 2020.

Formerly she was a legal trainee at a law firm in Bologna.

Linda Fedozzi was awarded the final certificate of a one-year-master in Labour Law at the University of Bologna and successfully concluded a three year course in graphology organised by the High Institute of Graphology in order to become a recognised forensic graphologist.

In 2013 she graduated at the University of Bologna with a degree in legal studies.
